Policies

These rules come from the existing Lea Country RV Park policy page and are surfaced early to reduce confusion.

Check-out is 12:00 noon. Late check-out runs noon to 3 PM and late fees apply.

After 3 PM, another day is charged.

Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.

Use only the RV slot assigned to you unless the office approves a change.

Driver must be 18 years old or older.

Quiet time is 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Only one RV and two vehicles per space.

Spaces must stay clean, orderly, and litter-free.

No open campfires. BBQ grills are acceptable.

Pets are allowed with a pet rule contract and vaccination paperwork.

Proof of RV ownership must be shown to rent a space.
